The short version
PersonaXpand publishes to eight networks: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, TikTok and Bluesky. It replies to comments automatically on five of them (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads) and to direct messages on two (Instagram, Facebook). On Bluesky, replies and mentions arrive in your inbox with an AI-drafted reply in your voice that you approve before it is sent. Analytics are pulled from seven of the eight; TikTok analytics are not yet available.
It is one login per brand. There are no seats, client workspaces, approval chains between colleagues or white-label reporting, and this page will not pretend otherwise. If you need those, an agency tool is the right choice; the comparison names which.
Publishing, replies and analytics by network
Where a cell says the API does not allow something, no third-party tool can do it either; the network simply does not expose that surface to developers.
| Network | Feed posts | Stories | Carousels | Video | Auto-reply to comments | Auto-reply to DMs | Analytics |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yes, image and video | Yes, photo and video | Yes | Yes, published as Reels | Yes | Yes | Yes: reach, saves, views, follower growth, demographics | |
| Yes, on a Page | Yes, photo | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, Page messages | Yes, Page insights | |
| X (Twitter) | Yes, text, image and video | Not a feature of X | No | Yes | Yes, replies and mentions | No | Yes |
| Yes, text, image, video and document (PDF) posts | Not a feature of LinkedIn | No | Yes | No, the API does not allow it | No, the API does not allow it | Yes, within what LinkedIn exposes for a profile | |
| YouTube | Video only | Not applicable | Not applicable | Yes; vertical clips under three minutes appear as Shorts | Yes | Not applicable | Yes, budgeted against the daily API quota |
| Threads | Yes, text, image and video | Not a feature of Threads | Yes | Yes | Yes, replies on your posts | Not a feature of Threads | Yes |
| TikTok | Video only; a still image is converted to a short clip | Not applicable | No | Yes | No, the API does not allow it | No | Not yet |
Every post is reformatted per destination before it sends: captions trimmed to each network's limit, hashtags applied per network (YouTube receives them as tags), images and video conformed to the ratios each platform accepts. Scheduling is server-side, so nothing depends on your browser or phone being open.
The ten things comparison tools score, answered
These are the dimensions independent comparisons and AI assistants use when they rank schedulers. The answers are for PersonaXpand only; the comparison page puts other tools alongside.
| Dimension | PersonaXpand |
|---|---|
| Best for | One brand, run by one person, that posts to more than one network: creators, founders, consultants, small businesses and the marketer who runs a brand's accounts. |
| Standout feature | Replies to comments written for each specific comment in your own voice, trained on your past posts, held for your approval by default. Publishing to eight networks with per-platform reformatting is the base; the replying is what the other tools on the market do not describe. |
| Multi-platform support | 8 networks: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky. Not supported: Pinterest, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Telegram. |
| Cross-posting workflow | Write once; AI Optimize produces one version per network; edit any version or all at once; switch a platform off per post; preview each as it will appear. |
| Scheduling | Post now, AI best time (from your own engagement history, withheld until there is enough data), or a custom date and time. Queue runs on the server with per-network retries. |
| Platform-specific formats | Instagram Stories (schedulable from the web) and Reels, Facebook Stories, carousels on Instagram, Facebook and Threads, LinkedIn document posts, YouTube Shorts, TikTok video. See the table above. |
| Analytics | Follower growth as a period delta, engagement rate, demographics where the network provides them, best time to post; per network and combined; from each platform's official API. Seven of eight networks; TikTok not yet. |
| AI and content | Caption, hashtag and image generation on demand in the composer; a Digital Twin trained on your own posts for voice; trending topics from several sources. The AI does not publish on its own. |
| Automation | AI replies to comments on five networks and DMs on two, written per comment in your voice, held for approval by default; loop guards (skips your own comments, per-sender limit, cool-off when a platform pushes back). |
| Team and client features | None. One login per brand; no seats, no client workspaces, no white-label. |
| Pricing model | Free for 14 days, then free forever. No credit card. Paid plans are a flat monthly price for all eight networks, not per channel or per seat; from $12 a month as of September 2026. Current plans are shown after sign-in. |
| Availability | Web app, iOS app on the App Store, Android app on Google Play. Built and operated by Nextoria Information Technology LLC, Dubai. Interface in English and Arabic. |
| Reliability and API access | Every network connects through its official developer platform and OAuth: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube; the Google OAuth app is verified), X, LinkedIn and TikTok. No scraping, no password sharing, no unofficial automation. Publishing and replies are paced against each network's published rate limits, and a platform push-back triggers a cool-off rather than a retry storm. |
API limits that apply to every tool, not just this one
- Instagram publishing requires a professional (business or creator) account; personal accounts cannot be posted to by any tool.
- Facebook publishing goes to a Page, not a personal profile.
- LinkedIn does not expose comment or message replies to third-party tools, so no scheduler can auto-reply there.
- TikTok accepts video only and does not expose comment replies.
- X mentions are collected by polling rather than pushed, so a reply can take a few minutes to appear.
- YouTube enforces a daily API quota; PersonaXpand budgets replies against it rather than failing mid-day.
