Track follower growth, engagement, audience demographics and your best time to post across every platform — real numbers pulled straight from each platform's API, not estimates.
See real growth over any period, per platform and combined — measured as an actual delta, not a running total.
Find the days and hours your audience is most active, from your own posting history.
Understand who follows you — location and breakdown, where each platform's API provides it.
Instead of logging into each app's native analytics, PersonaXpand pulls Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and more into a single dashboard. Compare platforms side by side, or drill into any one.
Generic “best time” charts are guesses. PersonaXpand buckets your own posts by day and hour in your local time zone, so the recommendation reflects when your audience actually engages — not an industry average.
Some tools quietly fill gaps with fabricated numbers. PersonaXpand does not. Every figure comes from a platform's API; when a platform returns nothing, you see “no data,” not a made-up trend. On top of the raw numbers, AI insights explain what changed and suggest what to do next.
Every figure is read from the platform that owns it, through that platform's official API, using a token you granted and can revoke. Follower counts, reach, engagement and audience breakdowns come from Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads and TikTok directly. Nothing is inferred from a third-party estimate, and nothing is scraped.
That matters more than it sounds. Estimated analytics are common because they are easy, and they are usually close enough to look right and wrong enough to mislead. If a number appears in PersonaXpand, a platform reported it. If a platform will not report it, you will see that instead of a plausible substitute.
Most dashboards show the follower number a platform hands them and label any movement growth. That quietly breaks the moment your reporting window does not line up with the platform's own counter, and it makes a 30-day view and a 7-day view tell contradictory stories about the same week.
PersonaXpand stores a snapshot over time and calculates growth as the difference between the start and the end of whatever period you are looking at. Change the range and the number recalculates against that range. If there is no snapshot old enough to compare against, the figure is withheld rather than shown as zero, because zero growth and no data are not the same claim.
Engagement rate is the clearest example. A post with no impressions yet has no meaningful rate, and dividing by nothing produces a confident-looking 0.0% that reads as failure rather than absence. PersonaXpand shows No Data in that case and moves on.
The same rule runs through the rest of the dashboard. Demographic breakdowns appear only where the platform actually returns them, which varies by network and by account type. You will occasionally see gaps. That is the honest shape of platform data, and a tool that never shows gaps is filling them in for you.
Social APIs deprecate metrics with little warning, and Meta in particular has retired several page-level insights outright. The usual result is a dashboard that silently goes blank, or worse, one that fails an entire request because a single retired field was included in it.
PersonaXpand requests metrics together for speed, and when a platform rejects the batch because one field is no longer supported, it automatically retries the remaining metrics individually rather than dropping the whole panel. You lose the metric the platform actually removed, and keep everything else.
Published best-time charts are averages of other people's audiences. They tell you when a generic follower base was active somewhere in the world last year. Your audience is a few hundred or a few thousand specific people in specific timezones, and there is no reason for them to behave like that average.
PersonaXpand takes the posts you have already published, groups them by the hour they went out, and compares the engagement each hour actually earned. The recommendation is the hour your own audience responded to most. As you publish more, the answer sharpens, and it will shift if your audience shifts.
It also refuses to guess. Until there are posts with measured engagement behind them, no best time is shown at all. A default suggestion would look like data-driven advice while being nothing of the kind, and it would go on to inform the scheduler and the AI assistant, quietly turning one invented number into several.
It will not tell you why a post worked. It can show that a particular hour, format or topic earned more engagement than others, and the AI insights will point out the pattern, but attribution on social platforms is genuinely uncertain and a dashboard that claims otherwise is selling confidence rather than information.
It will not reconstruct history from before you connected an account either. Platforms expose a limited window of past data, and snapshots only begin when the connection does, so early comparisons cover shorter periods than later ones. Both limits are visible on the page rather than smoothed over, which is the point.
