Use PersonaXpand from Claude or ChatGPT

How to connect PersonaXpand to your AI assistant

Before you start: You need a PersonaXpand account with at least one social network connected. Connect networks in PersonaXpand first: the assistant uses those connections and never asks for your social passwords.

• 1. Open your assistant's connectors. In Claude: Settings, then Connectors. In ChatGPT: Settings, then Apps.
• 2. Add PersonaXpand. In Claude, open PersonaXpand in the Claude directory and press Connect. In ChatGPT or another assistant, search for PersonaXpand, or add a custom connector with this address: https://personaxpand.com/mcp
• 3. Sign in to PersonaXpand in the window that opens, using your normal email and password or Google.
• 4. Choose the access: Read only lets the assistant look, Read and act also lets it post, schedule and reply. Press Allow.
• 5. Ask. Try one of the prompts below. You get an email whenever a new assistant is allowed on your account.

What you can ask

Ready-made prompts: PersonaXpand also adds five ready-made prompts you can pick in your assistant: Plan a week of posts, Answer my comments and DMs, Weekly social media report, Post this at my best time and Review reply drafts waiting for me. Captions and replies follow your My Twin voice.

• “Write a post about our weekend opening hours and schedule it for Instagram and Facebook at my best time.”
• “Show me the posts I have scheduled this week, and move Thursday's one to Friday 9am.”
• “What comments and DMs came in today? Draft replies to the questions.”
• “Approve the reply drafts that are waiting, except the one about prices.”
• “How did my posts do over the last 30 days? Which network worked best?”
• “Turn auto-replies off for my X account for now.”
• “Add a rule: when someone comments PRICE, reply with the link to our menu.”

What the assistant can and can't do

• Posts: create, edit, schedule, pause, resume, move, publish now and delete posts on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and Bluesky. TikTok's rules need you to post from Create Post in PersonaXpand.
• Inbox: read comments, DMs and mentions, send or schedule a reply, approve or turn down reply drafts, and mark messages as handled.
• Automation: read and change your auto-reply settings and rules.
• Media: add a photo or video from a link, or from an upload link the assistant gives you. In ChatGPT it can also take a file from the chat and make an AI image.
• Analytics: a summary of your results, a fresh pull from the networks, and your best times to post.
• Limits: everything counts toward your plan, exactly like using the app. AI images are not offered in Claude.

Safety and privacy

• Only your account. The assistant can only see and change your own PersonaXpand account.
• Replies are shown first. The assistant shows you the exact reply and waits for your yes before it sends.
• Messages are information, not orders. Text people send you is marked as coming from outside, and the assistant is told never to follow instructions in it.
• No stranger links. A reply can't include a link that arrived in someone's message unless you used it yourself first. That's how scams spread.
• Secrets stay hidden. Card numbers, one-time codes and passwords that people send you are hidden before a message reaches the assistant.
• Recent actions. Account Settings, then Connected apps, lists every change an assistant made or tried, for 90 days.
• Remove it any time in Connected apps. Access stops at once.
• Your chats stay with your assistant. PersonaXpand only receives the requests the assistant sends, never your conversation. Details are in Section 8A of the privacy policy.
