What makes a marketing phrase attract customers
- Specific: a number, a date or a place. “20% off until Thursday” beats “great offers”.
- True: do not write “10 left” unless it is. A customer who spots the exaggeration does not come back.
- One action: order from the link, message us, or visit. Only one.
- In your customers' language: write the way they speak, formal or casual.

From the phrase to the post
A phrase is one line, and a post has to suit each network. PersonaXpand is our product: you write the offer once, and it rewrites it in your own style at the right length for each of eight networks and publishes it. When customers ask about the price or the size in the comments, it drafts the replies on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads. By default each reply waits for your approval.
